    Greatly enjoyed a safe, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar in the room. An outdoor restaurant was good for F & B staff at breakfast restaurant.

    Excellent service (with the two below exceptions). V. good location for deluxe shopping. Pool area reasonably good considering being in the city center. Well equipped gym.

    Not shown to the room on check-in. Asked bell-boy 2h before departure to find clean and nice cab for airport transfer, got awful taxi were the driver started to haggle about the price of the ride.

    Outdoor restaurant on the premises, attractively furnished and reasonably large room with the patio, good breakfast and adequate amenities. Good location near all major shopping malls as well as connected to BTS, all the temples and the centre of Bangkok, could not be better.

    The Good, The Bad, and The Unexpected

    A taste of luxury! The Thai hospitality shines here, with attentive staff embodying warmth and care. The beautiful room offered plush comfort and an excellent breakfast buffet, albeit a bit noisy with some early risers. The close proximity to shopping makes it a fantastic location, but the hotel decor felt slightly dated. Still, an enjoyable experience!

    Courtesy and availability of bottled water as many as one wanted all complimentary. My 10 yrs old daughter enjoyed the staff affection and was presented with beautiful pen few in numbers as she was on collection spree. Everything was good from room service to front office to the courtesy of bell boys and the least the restaurant. Cool place for family and we got best deal one can imagine for 4 nights cheaper than many 5* which may not be close enough to the brand.

    The breakfast was complimentary and amazing, the location was magnificent! The staff were highly courteous and the restaurant was outdoor! The airport was 25 km away.

    Some of the staff were not very helpful.

    My husband receieved a big surprise during the staying of this hotel,when he had the birthday,the hotel sent flowers and a cake to him,also with a card signed by all the staffs!It's such a wonderful experience. If talking about the surroundings of the hotel,it is splendid.The room is large and well docorated.And it has the good restaurant and pub.Every evening there are lots of person there spending their leisure time. The location of the hotel is good,very close to the business centre of Bangkok,and near to bts station.

    No wifi there and the fee of internet is expensive,breakfast is expensive too.

    Good place with great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with parking. Highly recommend the friendly help from Mameaw during breakfast!
